Birthdays are times for reflection and growth, right? Well with Cultivate Wellness celebrating her first birthday soon, it’s SO exciting to announce that I am expanding to a second location!
Sara Yun of Mindful Massage & Yoga and I thought it would be a natural fit to share space in light of our mutual commitment to helping people feel their absolute best. Cultivate Wellness (NRV) will officially be the only practice to offer functional medicine, acupuncture, and nutritional counseling under one roof in the New River Valley. (pinch me)

The current hours of operation for the Christiansburg location will be Mondays from 8-6pm, with expansion to a second day of the week to follow.
